BLANKIE TUTORIAL PDF TEMPLATE
Ok, everybody! In this tutorial we’ll do a step-by-step walk through showing exactly how to go about making your design and posting it on the forum. We hope that this will help make the competition even better by giving everyone, regardless of experience, the same opportunity! Ready? Let’s get started!
The .pdf template is provided for those who don’t have access to, or experience with common design programs. While this is the simplest way to create your design, please be advised that we believe the best way to show off your design is to create with the recommended programs.
If your .pdf design wins, our in-house staff will do it’s best to replicate it for production. Please note that their may be design changes or other modifications to get the design ready.
1) Open the file Blankie_converted.pdf. Once opened, you’ll see the Blankie toy design. Go ahead and print this out!
2) Use pencil, ink, markers, acrylic paint, crayons or whatever you have available to create your design!
3) Scan the design into the computer at 300 dpi. If you don’t have a home scanner, you can go to a place like Kinko’s and they can do it for you. Save a copy at 300 dpi, and another at 72 dpi. This 72 dpi image is what you’ll post to the Aarting forum!
That’s it!
