hi, I really like your use of the puzzle pattern on this figure and a very expressive face. What is the English translation on the shirt?

Really original stuff! Love the puzzle head design...great work! Only criticism (since, you know, it's in the critique area :) is that it might be even cooler without any mouth. That's it though.

thank's for the responses. The shirt says: Oh no'ses (like Oh no, but with a childish twist).
I'll try removing the mouth. :) thanks. Anything that can improve the design is most helpful.

I like it! And I think Guru is right: The mouthless is better! Just kinda wonder how they would produce that pattern on the head!

yeah, the pattern might be tricky...
I tried making it flat from above first, and then wrapping it around, but to get it just right, I think I need to do it in 3d, and UV map it, I find it so hard thinking 3d in 2d space with reards to this kind of thing.
Hence it's still in the critique area. And still wondering about the mouth. What do the rest of you reckon? Mouth or no mouth?

I think the head detail is fine. Our factory seems to be able to handle it so far. If a designer's image is too difficult for the factory to make, we'd work with you to come up with an alternative. Don't let it stop you from entering it! :)
It might be a good idea to put an enlarged image of the chest design at the bottom of the model sheet. That "might" be a problem area but I can't really see the detail too well on the posted image.

Sure! All you need to do is add a larger version in that blank area next to the top of the head on the bottom right side of the model sheet.
