As for the accessories issue, if the design benefits from it, go for it.
Honestly, we hadn't considered accessories for this first series. If a design with an accessory wins, we'd need to check with the factory to see if it's possible to make on the production schedule & budget we're on. We'll absolutely work with the winning artist to come to some compromise if there's any factory type issue.
